• Accept the policies of respective travel service providers

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

SkyHub Trip is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by users.

4. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from suppliers
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment and issuance of ticket/voucher
• Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

• Prices displayed include base fare and applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise)
• Additional service or convenience fees may apply
• Payments must be made through approved payment methods
• SkyHub Trip reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of payment failure or suspected fraud

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• All cancellations and refunds are subject to the rules of airlines, hotels, and other service providers
• SkyHub Trip service charges are non-refundable
• Refund timelines depend on the respective supplier

7. MODIFICATION OF BOOKINGS

• Changes to bookings (date, itinerary) depend on supplier policies
• Additional charges, penalties, or fare differences may apply

8. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & REQUIREMENTS

Passengers are responsible for obtaining valid:

• Passports
• Visas
• Health certificates or other required documents

SkyHub Trip is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruptions due to incomplete documentation.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

SkyHub Trip shall not be held liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines or service providers
• Loss, injury, or damage during travel
• Acts of negligence by third-party suppliers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.)

Our role is limited to facilitating bookings.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

SkyHub Trip shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Airline operational issues
• Strikes or emergencies

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our platform (logos, text, graphics, software) is the property of SkyHub Trip Bangladesh Ltd.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited

12. B2B PARTNER TERMS

For agents and corporate partners:

• Account credentials must be kept confidential
• Misuse of the system may result in suspension or termination
• Agents are responsible for transactions made through their accounts
• Commission structures and agreements are subject to separate contracts

13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

SkyHub Trip reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate user accounts
• Cancel bookings
• Restrict access

In cases of:

• Fraud or misuse
• Violation of terms
• Suspicious transactions

14. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

Our platform may include third-party services or links. We are not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their policies
• Their service performance

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
